To secure the cover back in place, align it with the “Close” marking and twist 45° counter-clockwise until the lid is firmly closed.

After removing the tab, pair the device within 10 minutes. If pairing is not completed within this time, twist the cover open following the “Open” direction, remove the battery, wait about 5–8 seconds, then reinstall the battery and twist the cover closed following the “Close” direction until it is secured. After you hear the beep, turn on Bluetooth, open the Find My app, and select “Add Other Item” to complete the connection.
