• NON-STANDARD BOTTLE CHECK: Remove the cap and measure the neck. The neck must measure exactly 1 inch across (excluding threads), match a 28 mm / 1.1 inch cap diameter, and have a 2-thread finish. 24 mm and 33 mm cap sizes are not compatible.

• BEFORE YOU INSTALL: Estimate dip-tube reach before installing. Trim for a straight reach or slight side bend; do not force excessive overbending. The soft tube may install easily at first, but constant bending stress can restrict flow, cause priming issues, and lead to pump failure.

• LIQUID COMPATIBILITY: Use only liquids that pour easily, including shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, lotion, and similar flowable formulas. Thick creams, body butters, hair masks, scrubs, gritty mixtures, and formulas with particles can clog the pump. If dispensing stops, test the pump with water to separate pump function versus liquid thickness; if water pumps but the liquid does not, use the dispensing cap recommended by the liquid manufacturer.
