So, we built the JBL Flip 7 to be as life-proof as they come. • JBL Portable app: It's an app. We've all used them, and they can come in real handy. The JBL Portables app gives you access to support, updates, and customizable audio controls - so you can get just the right sound to suit your mood at any moment.

• Recycled plastic and fabric, plus FSC certified paper packaging: The JBL Flip 7 incorporates 77% post-consumer recycled plastic and 100% recycled fabric for the speaker grille. It's also packaged in FSC-certified paper printed with soy ink.

• Why is there no USB-C charging cable included with my product? To minimize e-waste, we consciously choose not to include a charging cable in our packaging. However, you can use any standard USB-C cable to charge your JBL product.
