Is the Steba worth it? After a month of daily use, my answer is an easy yes. The effective housing insulation for low energy is the standout feature — it performs exactly as advertised and noticeably better than the steam ovens I replaced. Setup was quick, build quality feels premium, and at around $563 it undercuts comparable steam ovens at twice the price. If you're comparing options, the Steba is the one to get.
