Is the Oulac worth it? After a month of daily use, my answer is an easy yes. The vegan free & cruelty-free is the standout feature — it performs exactly as advertised and noticeably better than the make-up I replaced. Setup was quick, build quality feels premium, and at around $7 it undercuts comparable make-up at twice the price. If you're comparing options, the Oulac is the one to get.
I do way too much research before buying anything and the Oulac checked every box. The rose essential oil is solid, the price is fair, and it looks great too.
Upgraded from cheaper make-up and the difference is night and day. The highly pigmented on the Oulac is in another league.
Mixed feelings about the Oulac. The NOTE works as advertised, but setup was more fiddly than it should be.
This is my second Oulac product and the quality is consistent. The creamy matte is noticeably better than my old one.
