Baked with meticulous care, our recipe combines a gluten-free flour blend with the same amount of butter, sugar, and salt as our traditional shortbread; suitable for those who maintain a restricted diet.
As a fifth generation, family-run business, we remain true to our founder Joseph’s original recipes and dream – to bake the best and showcase Scotland at its finest.
