The extremely good fermenter. very high alcohol is the standout feature — it performs exactly as advertised and noticeably better than the home brewing & winemaking I replaced. Setup was quick, build quality feels premium, and at around $78 it undercuts comparable home brewing & winemaking at twice the price. If you're comparing options, the Red Star is the one to get.
