• CERTIFIED 100% CANADIAN DAIRY: The butter for OG GHEE is made from Hormone free, Antibiotic free, healthy cows that are grass-fed, or forage-fed depending on the season.

• NO IMPORTED BUTTER: We choose to NOT use New Zealand grass-fed butter as the environmental impact of transporting refrigerated butter 10,000km+ is against our core philosophy.

• NO FUNNY BUSINESS: Our ghee is made the traditional, slow-cooked way, not with industrial centrifuges unlike many desi ghee brands.

• CARAMELIZED TASTE: Traditionally made ghee should have a brown-buttery taste profile, with nuttiness. OG GHEE is caramelized correctly to bring maximum flavour to your recipes.
