La Molisana Capellini Spezzati N.58A, 450g

Three months in and the La Molisana still works like day one. I use it daily and the high in proteins has held up perfectly — no wear, no issues, no regrets. It's the kind of pasta & noodles that makes you wonder why you didn't buy it sooner. At about $3, it's comfortably the best value pasta & noodles I've bought this year, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I do way too much research before buying anything and the La Molisana checked every box. The OU kosher certified is solid, the price is fair, and it looks great too.

Arrived fast and works perfectly. The high in proteins is a nice bonus.

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about ordering the La Molisana online. But it genuinely exceeded my expectations — the stone debranned durum wheat and bronze die works flawlessly.

I've tried similar pasta & noodles from three other brands and this one wins hands down. The canada's #1 italian pasta (source nielsen is the deciding factor.
