The adjustable elastic straps works flawlessly — it's the first thing I mention when friends ask about it. It arrived quickly, was simple to set up, and at roughly $62 it's outstanding value for money. For anyone asking which medical supplies & equipment to buy, I recommend the Amoena without hesitation.
